We are almost there! The TYPO3 v11 release with long-term support is approaching fast. Today we proudly released TYPO3 version 11.4. This version marks the last phase of the v11 development cycle before the TYPO3 v11 LTS release. Read on to learn more about the last sprint release of the v11 series and what “feature freeze” really means.

The last half a year was really busy for us. Nevertheless, we want to keep you informed about our progress since November 2020, and give you an outlook on our further plans for the Content Blocks, the new Page Module and our Dynamic Grid.

In accordance with the TYPO3 lifecycle and deprecation policy, we announce that TYPO3 v9 LTS reaches its end of free support on 30 September 2021. This article retrospectively summarizes the key features and technologies that we introduced in TYPO3 v9 LTS.

The TYPO3 Core Team Codesprint held on 12–14 August, 2021 was a big success. Here is a wrap-up of what happened during this hackathon, and what we achieved.

A lot has happened since July. There’s easier onboarding for new users and Composer as standard, as well as a new upgrade guide and updates to the main documentation navigation.

You will soon be able to vote on the new Code of Conduct for TYPO3. But first, the Ombudsperson Group would like your feedback. All you need is a my.typo3.org user.

The TYPO3 Education Committee posts an update about the Entry Level Certification project (you might know it as the Micro Certification Project).

Mit der Extension content_slug von Sebastian Klein kannst Du die Anker-Links für den Menütyp "Section Index" auch als "lesbare URLs" generieren lassen.

This TYPO3 extension creates a glossary with A-Z links for you. Now compatible with TYPO3 11!

Mit der Extension "xlsimport" von Frank Berger lassen sich sehr einfach Excel- oder CSV-Dateien in beliebige TYPO3-Datenbanktabellen importen. Klassicher Anwendungsfall: tt_address oder fe_user. Aber auch ein Import in die Tabellen pages oder tt_content ist kein Problem.

Wir feiern den Release des Content-Management-System TYPO3 v.11.

Im Oktober ist es soweit und die Version 11 von TYPO3 wird veröffentlicht. Diesen Meilenstein werden wir gemeinsam feiern.
