Ab dem 01. Dezember tritt mit dem “Telekommunikation-Telemedien-Datenschutz-Gesetz” (TTDSG) eine neue Regelung für Cookies in Kraft. Dort wird im § 25 TTDSG ausdrücklich eine strenge Einwilligungspflicht mit wenigen Ausnahmen geregelt.
