Compress and summarize HTML, CSS and JavaScript

The loading speed of a website is becoming increasingly important, and not just for search engine optimization reasons. The faster a page is, the more likely visitors are to stay on the page.

One measure, among many others, is to compress and combine CSS, JavaScript and HTML. This can save quite a few KB.

With the "min" extension, this can be set up quickly and easily in TYPO3.
