We are looking for you to support our first and second level support in the area of TYPO3 hosting.

Your working day

You will support your colleagues in first and second level support in contract management and support. You are part of our hotline. You will independently take phone calls from our customers and try to solve their concerns on your own. If you get stuck, your colleagues in second-level support will help you.

Contract management consists of setting up new hosting plans, revising existing plans and making contract changes. Many inquiries also come in via our ticket system, which you process independently. You respond to requests, follow up on problems internally or move the requests to the appropriate queue.

Your area of responsibility

• Central point of contact for all hosting questions from our customers.
• Advisor for our hosting plans.
• Answering phone calls on our hosting support hotline.
• Answering customer inquiries via our ticket system.
• Processing contracts (new customers, existing customers, changes).

Your qualifications

• Experience in first and second level support (telephone and e-mail communication).
• Good knowledge of German and English.
• Basic knowledge of FTP, IMAP, POP3, SMTP and SSH
• Interest in professional training.
• Experience with TYPO3.
• Communicative personality.
• Understanding of our customers' problems and questions.
