TYPO3 Newsletter - October 2020

Welcome to the new issue of the TYPO3 Newsletter. Here you will find news and interesting information from the TYPO3 universe.

Starting next Monday, we will all have to restrict ourselves again, a large part of public life will no longer be possible in the form we all want for a few weeks. For some this is just an inconvenience, but for most it is very hard. But despite everything, it is unfortunately necessary.

The TYPO3 community is of course also suffering as a result, with hardly any of the usual and much-loved offline events taking place throughout the year. Hardly any barcamps, hardly any user group meetings or other events.

All the better, however, that the community is not letting this stop them from doing things together. In the case of online events, there are also no travel costs and distance is not an issue. Some user group meetings will be held remotely again in November. You can find more information below.

And again a reminder: if you know of an interesting article, a useful extension or are organizing an event yourself, please let us know so that we can mention it here in the newsletter. You will find a link at the end of this e-mail.

This list is only a selection of interesting extensions, not a recommendation or rating. The extensions were generally not developed or tested by us.

Tip: not every extension has to be used 1:1. Sometimes the code of an extension can simply show how certain things can be done ;)
