Welcome to the new issue of the TYPO3 Newsletter. Here you will find news and interesting information from the TYPO3 universe.
A series of online events are now taking place in July and August. They may not be able to fully replace the offline events that have unfortunately been canceled, but at least they offer the opportunity to continue your education from home or the office and to get in touch with the TYPO3 community. Our thanks and great respect to all those who organize these online events!
In July I was also able to gather some interesting and useful tips about TYPO3 and extensions. There is sure to be something good for one or two readers.
And again my tip: if you have written an interesting article, developed a useful extension or have something else suitable for this newsletter: suggest your contribution to us so that it might appear in the next issue of the newsletter. You can find out how to do this at the end of this newsletter.

Security updates for TYPO3 9 and 10 were released on July 28th. Update recommended!
In addition, the security gaps in versions 8 and 7 ELTS were closed. A patch was even released for TYPO3 6.2.

The TYPO3 Online Community Event will take place from August 1-2. The event is organized by the TYPO3camps Berlin, Munich and RheinRuhr.
