New directory typo3temp/var/

Since TYPO3 8.0.0-dev there is a new directory for files that should not be accessible via a public URL. By default, the directory is located in typo3temp/var/. There is a new entry in the .htaccess supplied by TYPO3 to prevent access to this directory. In future, this path will be made configurable with the help of a variable. This means that this path can soon be located outside the webroot.
