The Documentation Team conducts a sweeping week every month, where we try to touch, address and close issues and PRs.
At the start of 2021, the TYPO3 Documentation Team initiated the concept of a "Sweeping Week". This is based on the idea of Kehrwoche where people take turns to ensure the orderliness of common property.

It is clear why we should use and deliver the WebP image format developed by Google a few years ago: it offers considerably smaller data volumes for images compared to jpg. A look at Google's WebP Gallery is also convincing. Even if not everyone is using a WebP-capable browser yet, the number is increasing with every update. It's time to address the issue and make use of this performance advantage.

Embedding forms into a website is a basic requirement when selecting a content management system (CMS) today. Requirements for working with forms can range from simple to complex. Perhaps you want to add a contact form to the contact page or embed a form from a third-party application like Hubspot or Salesforce; or maybe you need to enable your marketers and editors to create custom forms on the spot within the CMS. Luckily for us, TYPO3 CMS comes with the system extension "form" that can handle almost any usage scenario you can think of. One of the main benefits being that editors can create forms with just a few clicks.

TYPO3 comes with a lot of great features out of the box, but sometimes you need to add functionality to your website--say, a news feed, a weather widget, or data pulled from spreadsheets. Because every TYPO3 website owner needs different features, you add them on as extensions-which keeps the default installation lean.

It's not really not a joke. You have the possibility to realize a so-called accordion effect with HTML only. The accordion effect means that a smaller part of the content is visible and when you click on it, there is more to see. In other words, a text box to expand.

Don't ever miss an error in your command line with this trick!
Have you ever had the issue of skipping over Errors and Warnings in your terminal when directly looking at command outputs? This happened to me recently.
After seeking a way to avoid this in the future, I decided that a simple text highlighting would suffice. As it turns out, iTerm2 has several features that are specifically designed for such scenarios.

Today I came across a PR in the MDN web compatibility data GitHub repository. The open source project holds all the browser support information for MDN and partially caniuse.com. Watching the project is perfect for discovering new browser features and browser support changes (that's how I find out about all this stuff).
The PR #9763 updates the support and compatibility information for the ::file-selector-button pseudo element.
I was not aware that this pseudo-element even exists! The element enables developers to style the "browse" button of file select input elements.
Let's have a look at the pseudo-element.
