Powermail: Deactivate marketing information

As of Powermail 2.1.10 (published 12.12.2014), it is possible to completely deactivate the marketing information. This means that the corresponding information is missing in the emails to the admin, but the marketing area of the backend module is also deactivated.

The option can be found in the Extension Manager in the Powermail settings.
