Contract

Domain fees are annual fees. They are therefore charged for 12 months in advance. As with other providers, there is no pro rata refund of the unused period if the contract is terminated. If a domain is transferred to another provider, the domain will be charged again.

It is possible to run several projects, i.e. websites, in one package. A separate start directory can be specified for each domain or subdomain. For TYPO3 projects, it makes sense to use a separate database for each website. In the BUSINESS plan, for example, twenty different projects would be possible in one contract. Please note, however, that all domains used in a package are registered to the same owner (exception: see Domains with external registration) and our packages are not reseller accounts.

We are convinced that the hosting packages we offer provide excellent value for money. The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. However, if you find that the package does not meet your expectations within 30 days of signing the contract, you can cancel the contract without notice and receive a refund of the hosting fees paid. This does not apply to registration fees for additional domains.

The services of the plans can be customized with the help of extensions, so-called AddOns. All add-ons and their prices can be found in our price list. Orders can be placed in the customer menu[Order ' Additional services] or by e-mail.

Yes, you can switch tariffs at any time. The order is placed in the customer menu[Order ' Additional services] or by e-mail. The installation with all settings will be retained, only the additional functions (e.g. more web storage) will be activated.

Orders can be placed online. In the table with the overview of the various plans, there is a link that leads directly to the order form. After entering the desired domain, availability is checked. If the domain is already registered, a transfer of the domain is automatically started when the contract is concluded(provider change).

At the end of the order process, you must print out the contract (PDF) and send it to us signed by the registered contact person (corresponds to the Admin-C) by fax, scanned e-mail attachment or post.

In the case of a GbR, all partners must sign the contract.

In the case of companies, the contract must be signed by a person with sole power of representation or by the persons with power of representation. Please enclose a copy of the extract from the commercial register, especially if this differs from the contact person stated in the contract.

If you do not wish to register the domains through us or move them to us, the hosting package can be ordered with a free development domain ending in .webseiten.cc (TLD). You then order the desired domains from us, stating your customer number, the domain name and the information that these are to be registered as a domain with external registration domain by e-mail. Please note that this type of domain use incurs fees of over EUR 12 per year and or the inclusive domain is used up. Please refer to our price list for more details.
