Login to the order management
In the order management you can find your ordered cloud hosting packages and domains registered through us. You can view invoices and edit your master data. If you need additional contacts for the package, you can create them here, even with individual permissions.
Here you can order new domains, SSL certificates, Solr cores or adjust the storage space of your cloud hosting packages.
Enter your email address and the password you used to register the account.
Forgot your password? Look under Login at portal.jweiland.cloud. There you will find how to set a new password.
On our portal(https://portal.jweiland.cloud) you will find the login in the upper right corner.
Login to the customer menu (Plesk)
In the customer menu you can configure your domains, manage email addresses and forwardings, and databases. In the backup manager you can create backups and restore data. You will also find the management of cronjobs and statistics.
It is also possible to create additional users that have individual permissions in the customer menu. For example, it is possible to create a user who cannot manage email addresses and thus cannot access the emails.
In the order management, click on the menu item "Hosting tariff" in the menu under "Orders" to call up the tariff overview.
Select your package.
If you have saved your access data for the customer menu in a password manager, you can also log into the customer menu (Plesk) directly via a URL.
The URL is composed of the server name and .jweiland.cloud. We told you the server name in the ready set up email. You will also see it when you log in to the customer menu via the order management.
