Set up e-mail accounts in Thunderbird

1) Open Mozilla Thunderbird

2) Click on the hamburger icon and then hover with the mouse pointer over New message. Then click on Existing e-mail account...

3) Fill in the values as follows:

Your name: Sender name
E-mail address: E-mail address
Password: Password

4) Click on Edit manually

5) Fill in the fields as follows:

Your name: Sender name
E-mail address: E-mail address
Password: Password

Server in cloud hosting

In cloud hosting, use the domain name of your email address for the incoming and outgoing mail server (example: vorname.nachname@beispielwebseite.de => DOMAINNAME = examplewebsite.com).

Incoming mail server: IMAP - DOMAINNAME - 993 - SSL/TLS - Password, normal
Outgoing mail server: SMTP - DOMAINNAME - 465 - SSL/TLS - Password, normal

Server in Classic Hosting

Incoming mail server: IMAP - sslin.de - 993 - SSL/TLS - Password, normal
Outgoing mail server: SMTP - sslout.de - 465 - SSL/TLS - Password, normal

Username: e-mail address - e-mail address

6) Click on Advanced settings

7) Click on OK

Your mailbox is now set up.
