Introduction
You order domains for your customers that are to be registered through us in your order management. Important: In the shopping cart, you must then select a different contact (your customer) as the domain owner, which is why you must first create your customers as contacts.
Before you can assign a domain, you must of course first create a service package and create a customer.
Domains that are registered with another provider and are not to be transferred to us can be created as a virtual domain directly in the domain administration.

The domains already assigned to the package are now displayed. You can now add a virtual domain or a domain registered through us here.
Assign domain registered through us
As shown in the two images, you can add a domain registered through us to the package.
If the desired domain is not in the selection, you still have to register the domain to the correct domain owner.
Register or transfer domain for customer
In order for you to register a domain to the correct domain holder, the customer must first be created as a contact in your order management. You can then order the domain as described under Registering or transferring domains.
You must then select the correct contact as the domain holder in the shopping cart.
